I am a Nigerian-American Anthropologist. I have lived, learned, and worked across multiple continents including Africa, North America, and South America. As a scholar of Africa and the African Diaspora, my research interests include Aging across the African diaspora, Future-Making, Economic Uncertainty, Institutional Culture, Yoruba Religions, and Africana Studies. My scholarship is deeply influenced by the love of my family, our cultural heritage, and the experiences of Yoruba people across the Black Atlantic with particular focus on the African continent.
